These Terms govern your use of mowupets.com and purchases from MOWU. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must provide accurate and complete information when ordering. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its security, operation, or other customers' use.

Products

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Product information, availability, and pricing may be corrected or updated before an order is accepted. Always follow the product instructions and safety information. The MOWU Motion Ball is intended for supervised cat play, should be inspected regularly, and should not be used if damaged.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order and send an order confirmation, subject to applicable law. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for the order, including applicable taxes where stated. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Our current shipping times, processing estimates, and delivery information are available at https://mowupets.com/policies/shipping-policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage remains with MOWU until you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our cancellation, return, and refund terms are available at https://mowupets.com/policies/refund-policy. Customers in the European Union have the statutory rights described there. Mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods are not limited by our voluntary policies.

Intellectual property

The website, MOWU branding, product photographs, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MOWU and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping, and service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Purchases from MOWU are made directly with Fruitcake Club, trading as MOWU, and not with Shopify.

Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal information is described at https://mowupets.com/policies/privacy-policy. Cookie choices can be managed through the Cookie preferences link available in the store's policy menu.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or defective products where the law does not allow exclusion. Subject to those rights, MOWU is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website or products.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business, or legal obligations. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. We encourage you to contact support@mowupets.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also use applicable public consumer-dispute channels. Any court proceedings will be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law.
